Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across Bangalore. Response times may vary based on location, traffic conditions, and service demand. We aim for an average response time of approximately 30 minutes but do not guarantee specific arrival times.
All pricing is transparent and will be communicated to you before service begins. Payment can be made via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, or digital wallets. Prices are subject to change, but you will be informed of the final cost before work commences.

OnSpotRescue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the service charges paid for the specific service rendered.
You may cancel a service request before our technician arrives at your location. If cancellation occurs after dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply. No charges apply if cancellation is made before technician dispatch.
OnSpotRescue reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
